For the third year in row, WWL – Vehicle Services Americas will absorb the rising cost of health care coverage for our employees in Chattanooga.

- Minimum starting hourly rate of $18 an hour with plenty of room to grow (same or higher than similar local jobs)
- Average hourly wage rate increase of more than 26 percent across all groups since 2021
- Company pays 87% of employee healthcare coverage (no premium increases last year)
- Life Insurance that is two times base salary and 100% paid for by the company
- Long-term and short-term disability 100% paid for by the company
- Employees begin accrual of 48 hours per year of paid personal time and two weeks’ paid vacation time after just 90 days
- Retirement plan with 6% company match
- Discretionary bonuses of up to two weeks’ pay, payable to all eligible employees based on the company performance and the amount of time you are with the company
